Honeywell Air FilterHoneywell® Air Filter
This optional air filter unit traps up to 44% of all air-borne contaminants, .3 microns or larger and is a must for anyone who wants better indoor-air quality. It can be upgraded to an electronic air cleaner by simply removing the filter media and inserting the new cleaner.

Insulated HeaderInsulated Header
We build each of our homes with insulated headers over all windows and doors in heated spaces. These headers are R-20 which compares to an R-value of 8 for a conventional header.
Insulation OptionInsulation Option
With our optional 1/2-inch-foam insulation combined with our standard fiberglass bats, this insulation option brings walls up to R-22.4. In addition, it provides a quieter home with greater structural strength and no drafts through outlets boxes and switches. This environmentally friendly treatment gives off no toxic fumes or odors.

Insulated SlabInsulated Slab
