Homecrest® cabinets are standard in all of our models. Opt ions include seven door styles, corner cabinet with a glass door, and oak trim.

Limestone House Number
This standard feature is a much-appreciated finishing touch that is placed on the front of the garage in the brick facing.

Pegboard Sheeting
Three sections of pegboard sheeting are standard in every garage. These allow you to quickly and easily organize your yard tools and other garage items.

Pella Windows
Pella® ProLine windows are standard on all Prescott homes. These high-quality, wood windows offer insulated glass and maintenance-free aluminum cladding. Muntins are optional.

Rounded Corners and Spanish-Lace Ceilings
Standard drywall features include beautiful spanish-lace ceilings, as well as rounded corners for easier maintenance and reduced damage.

Standard Insulation
Each outside wall of a heated space has fiberglass insulation between the studs and a vapor barrier between the studs and drywall. This means our walls have an R-value of 19.
